Suzanne Sagar White

Suzanne Sagar White has deep roots in the Hudson Valley. Born and raised in the hamlet of Bloomington, in the Town of Rosendale, her family goes back many generations. Her great grandfather even started the first newspaper that covered Rosendale in 1934, called The Rosendale News, which sold for 5¢ a copy!

Suzanne has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from SUNY Ulster and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from Empire State College. Always a people person, Suzanne managed a conglomerate of taverns in New Paltz where she formed many close friendships with customers and community members. She also managed apartments in New Paltz giving her a first taste of the real estate world. Transitioning from hospitality to health care Suzanne became a health advisor for United Health Care. Still, real estate was always an interest for her, cemented when she bought and renovated her childhood home.

Suzanne has a real passion for first-time home buyers and enjoys guiding them on their journey to homeownership. She also enjoys sharing her love of the area with newcomers, and she is sure to have a few stories about how things used to be. When not selling real estate Suzanne enjoys volunteering with Seasoned Delicious Foods helping to serve the community hot meals and other basic needs.  She also enjoys playing tennis, tending to flowers and the wild birds, and her cat Stan Lee.
